CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that things happen and life gets busy. If you are needing to cancel or reschedule, please notify me of the potential changes at least 3 days prior to your appointment. Please understand that when you cancel last minute, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment. There will be a $25 fee for any cancellation that is not approved as a rescheduled appointment. If the cancellation notice is 24 hours or less of the time of your appointment, there will be a 50% charge of the appointment price. If you “No Show” to your appointment, there will be a 100% charge of the appointment price. All charges must be paid before another appointment is approved. If you cancel two times in a row, I will no longer be able to take you as a client. **A card must be saved on file for all new clients. The card on file will not be charged unless a cancellation fee is made.
